Cap missed a bunch of deadlines as well. Which is why Mike Carlin was let go as the editor of Captain America, and wound up at DC, where he killed Superman. If Steve Rogers had been more diligent and professional, none of that would ever have happened.
Plus, how manyy other comic artists have super soldier serum flowing through their veins?
I think another word for that is caffeine.
